IMPORTANT UPDATE – RELOCATION OF UNIFORM SHOPÌý

The owners of the Uniform Shop, Perm-A-Pleat, have recently made the decision to consolidate all their school outlets into a single, offsite location.Ìý

After careful consideration, the Uniform Shop will be relocating from its current onsite location to new offsite premises at 1/46 Mornington Road, Mornington (also accessible from Depot Road) from Wednesday 29 October 2025.Ìý

It is important to note that during the transition to the new premises, the Uniform Shop will be closed from Monday 20 October 2025 until Tuesday 28 October 2025. Parents can still place online orders during this time but they will not be processed until Wednesday 29 October.Ìý

The new location will provide a more spacious and dedicated retail environment, expanded opening hours, improved parking and enhanced accessibility for families.Ìý

The newÌýopening hours for the new shop are:Ìý

  • Tuesday 8:00am – 12:30pmÌý
  • Wednesday 1:00pm – 5:30pmÌý
  • Thursday 10:00am – 6:00pmÌý
  • Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pmÌý

These hours will increase as further Perm-A-Pleat school outlets also relocate to the new premises.Ìý

To support families with greater flexibility, the shop will also offer online ordering with both postage and click-and-collect functionality. This means you can conveniently place orders from home, have them posted to home or collect them at a time that suits you.Ìý

This transition also provides our College with an additional much needed and generous space for teaching and learning, especially as we work towards commencing a major redevelopment of the Valdocco (7-10) Precinct in 2026.Ìý

We understand that this change may require some adjustment, and we are committed to working with Perm-A-Pleat to make the transition as smooth as possible for our community.Ìý

Further details and updates about the new store will be available on our College website, through our newsletter and social media as they come to hand.Ìý

Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we transition to this new arrangement.Ìý

THE DOMINIC COLLEGE UNIFORMÌý

Since 1973, É«ÇéÖ±²¥ has valued its school uniform, serving as a means of common ground for students that unites them into a single entity. Despite some changes, the purpose of the É«ÇéÖ±²¥ uniform has always been to enable students to develop a sense of belonging to Dominic as a unique educational and faith community. The uniform acts as the most public symbol of the College community and reflects a connection to its values, history, and traditions.Ìý

It is our desire that the College uniform inspires a commitment to quality and excellence and facilitates student pride in appearance. We believe that a strong culture of uniform quality and consistency supports a school environment that is calm, harmonious, and focused on student learning.Ìý
